General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Set password maximal length

Hello, if I create a user in the joomla 5 backend and do not assign a password, the user receives an email with a randomly assigned password. Where can I set how many characters this password has that Joomla generates? 33 characters is a bit too long actually. Image may be NSFW.
